PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisturizing device that moisturizes the skin by exposing the human body to ion mist, without forcing a user to replenish water or remove adhered matter.SOLUTION: The moisturizing device includes: an electrode a water supply means for supplying water to the electrode based on a level of moisture in the air and a high voltage application means for applying a high voltage to the electrode.
