PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively evaluate a stress state for each person with high accuracy by selecting a muscle suitable for the evaluation of stress during work by muscle activity for each person.SOLUTION: The muscle activity information of each of the plurality of skeletal muscles of the person in the middle of giving stimulation to the person is acquired, and a specified skeletal muscle highly sensitive to the psychological state of the person is selected on the basis of the muscle activity information of each of the plurality of skeletal muscles of the person when the person becomes in an unpleasant state by the stimulation.
