PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muscle electrostimulation device capable of effectively applying stimulation to the abdominal muscle.SOLUTION: A muscle electrostimulation device 1 is attached to the abdomen 3 of a person 2 to apply electrostimulation to the abdomen 3 from an electrode unit 30. The electrode unit 30 includes: a first electrode group 31 that extends from a main body 10 so as to, when the device is attached to the abdomen 3, be disposed parallel to the height direction of the person 2 and on a right hand side of the person 2 with respect to a center line 10a passing through a center of the main body 10； and a second electrode group 32 that extends from the main body 10 so as to be disposed on a left hand side of the person 2 with respect to the center line 10a. The first electrode group 31 and the second electrode group 32 can be electronically connected via the person 2, and the first electrode group 31 and the second electrode group 32 include three or more electrodes respectively.
