PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve inconvenience of unit-dose packaging in a prescription unit in which, when distributing medicines for each administration period of time, in addition to a heavy work burden such as a distribution of the medicine or management thereof, even the medicine to be used in an upcoming administration period of time has to be prepared in advance.SOLUTION: A manually dispensed medicine data processing device comprises: a prescription data holding area 22 that can plurally hold input prescription data: prescription detail instruction data 23 that shows the prescription data with the prescription data split into data on a part already used in creating manually dispensed medicine data pertain to a medicine to be preliminarily dispensed in a preliminary dispensing cassette (16) and data on a part not yet used therein in an administration unit； and a split packaging instruction creation program 24 that selects, as for the prescription data, data on a medicine targeted for preliminary dispensing and meeting the administration period of time in the administration unit from the data on the not-yet used part in the prescription detail instruction data 23, and creates manually dispensed medicine data on the basis of the selected data. The prescription data is processed in the administration unit smaller than in the prescription unit, and thereby prescription-detailed manually dispensed medicine data is created.【課題】施用時期毎に薬剤を配るような場合に分配や管理の作業負担が重いうえ施用時期が先の薬剤まで取り揃えなければならないという処方単位での分包の不都合を解消。【解決手段】入力した処方データを複数保持しうる処方データ保持領域２２と、それらの処方データについて予備撒きカセット（１６）に予備撒きすべき薬剤に係る薬剤手撒きデータの作成に既に使用された部分データと未だ使用されていない部分データとを施用単位で切り分けて示す処方細示データ２３と、それらの処方データについて，処方細示データ２３で未使用とされる部分データから，予備撒き対象薬剤であって施用時期の合う薬剤のデータを，施用単位で選出し，これらの選出データに基づいて薬剤手撒きデータを作成する分包指示作成プログラム２４とを具えて、処方単位より小さな施用単位で処方データを処理することにより、処方細断的な薬剤手撒きデータを作成する。【選択図】 図１
