In particular, the invention is directed to delivering therapeutic agents to the eye for the purpose of treating ophthalmic disorders, diseases and injuries by targeted intranasal administration of the therapeutic agents. The invention is specifically directed to treating disorders, diseases and injuries of the cornea and ocular surface, treating retinal disorders, diseases and injuries and optic nerve disorders, diseases and injuries by targeted intranasal administration of the therapeutic agents.
