PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel highly safe therapeutic agent for ovulation disorder.SOLUTION: The therapeutic agent for ovulation disorder includes an extract of Angelica keiskei as active ingredient. For the Angelica keiskei in the therapeutic agent, Angelica keiskei with the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries variety registration number 14641, may be used. A pharmaceutical composition including the therapeutic agent for treating and preventing infertility, and livestock feed for domestic animals/fowls, a food composition and a cosmetic composition containing an extract of the Angelica keiskei and indicating its usage for improving ovulation disorder are also provided.【課題】安全性に優れる新規な排卵障害改善剤の提供。【解決手段】アシタバの抽出物を有効成分として含有する排卵障害改善剤を提供する。この排卵障害改善剤において、前記アシタバは、農林水産省品種登録第１４６４１号のアシタバとすることができる。また、この排卵障害改善剤を含有する不妊治療または予防のための医薬品組成物と、アシタバの抽出物を含有し、排卵障害の改善のために用いられるものである旨を表示した家畜用または家禽用の飼料および食品組成物並びに化粧料組成物をも提供する。【選択図】なし
