A vial access device, comprising a body (1) having a projecting annular skirt (21) that is elastically deformable, for engaging the complementary shaped neck of a vial, a tubular spike (15) extending coaxially within said annular skirt (21) for introducing into the vial, and a tubular connector (3) protruding from the body (1) on the side opposite to the annular skirt (21) and in fluid communication with the tubular spike (15). The tubular spike (15) and the annular skirt (21) are arranged, respectively, within a first and a second part (13, 14), distinct from each other, and of which the first part (13) is permanently joined to the body (1) and the second part (14) is connectable to the first part (13) through an irreversible coupling (26, 27).Un dispositivo de acceso de frasco, que comprende un cuerpo (1) que tiene un faldón anular saliente (21) que puede ser elásticamente deformado, para embragar con el cuello complementariamente conformado de un frasco, una espiga tubular (15) que se extiende en dirección coaxial dentro del faldón anular (21) para su introducción en el frasco, y un conector tubular (3) que sobresale a partir del cuerpo (1) en el lado opuesto al faldón anular (21) y que está en comunicación fluida con la espiga tubular (15). La espiga tubular (15) y el faldón anular (21) son colocados, de manera respectiva, dentro de una primera y una segunda parte (13, 14), distintas entre sí, y de las cuales la primera parte (13) es permanentemente unida con el cuerpo (1) y la segunda parte (14) puede conectarse con la primera parte (13) a través de un acoplamiento irreversible (26, 27).
