PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate unevenness on a surface.SOLUTION: A stepping health instrument is configured to bore embedding holes at positions of an arch and a root of a toe in an elastic mat ground and embed stepping rods to be flush with an upper face of the mat ground in the embedding holes. Accordingly, the mat ground is flush with the stepping rods in no-use time, portions of the mat ground corresponding to a heel and belly of a human foot sink naturally due to a body weight when a human gets on the mat ground, portions of the rod material protrude on the mat surface, and the instrument functions as the stepping health instrument.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】表面の凹凸をなくす。【解決手段】本発明は、弾性を有するマット地の、土踏まずの位置と、足指の付け根の位置に埋め込み孔を穿設し、当該埋め込み孔にマット地の上面と面一になるように踏み棒を埋め込んだ構成となっている。これによって、不使用時は踏み棒と面一になっており、上記マット地に人が乗ると、当該人の足の踵部と腹部に対応するマット地の部分は体重の重みで自然に沈み、棒材の部分がマットの表面に突出することになり、足踏み健康器具として機能することになる。【選択図】 図1
