PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handcart that facilitates an attitude changing operation, is folded in a compact attitude, and can be folded with a bag mounted.SOLUTION: A handcart comprises: a connection part 9 which connects a front frame 3, a rear frame 5, and an upper frame 7, constituting a frame, rotatably each at one end and a link mechanism 21 which consists of a front link member 21b connected to the front frame 3, a rear link member 21c connected to the rear frame, and a crank 21d connected to the upper frame to interlock with the upper frame, and couples the front link member 21b, rear link member 21c, and crank 21d at a coupling point 21a.
