PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper capable of absorbing excrement from a whole peripheral face of an absorption element and preventing the excrement from being leaked to outside even when the excrement is a large amount.SOLUTION: On both side parts of an interior body in a width direction, three-dimensional gathers 60 extended in a front/rear direction and including an elastic expandable/contractable member are arranged. The interior body includes: a liquid impermeable sheet 11 arranged on an opposite side to a body； a center absorption element 50 arranged in a center part of the liquid impermeable sheet in a width direction, covered with a surface sheet, and extended in the front/rear direction； and a right absorption element 51 and left absorption element 52 arranged on both side parts of the center absorption element in the width direction, covered with a surface sheet, and extended in the front/rear direction. An opposite side with respect to the center absorption element of the right absorption element and left absorption element on an opposite side to the body is fixed on a body face of the liquid impermeable sheet. A center part of the center absorption element on an opposite side to the body is fixed on the body face of the liquid impermeable sheet.
