A VP1 site of a P1 gene of a foot-and-mouth type O-type Manisa genome is substituted with a VP1 gene of foot-and-mouth disease O-SEA and a 3B12 site of the foot-and-mouth disease O Manisa genome is substituted with a 3B33 site.본 발명은 구제역 O형 Manisa 및 동남아 지역형 SEA의 방어항원을 발현하는 재조합 구제역 바이러스 및 이의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 구제역 O형 혈청형에 대해 보다넓은 범위에서 방어효과를 극대화할 수 있다.
