A solid cosmetic composition containing I) an outer layer containing (a) solid vegetable oil in an amount of 10 to 45 wt. % in terms of the mass of the outer layer, and (b) soft vegetable oil in an amount of 55 to 80 wt. % in terms of the mass of the outer layer； and (II) the inner core, which is (a) a composition of soft vegetable oil； (b) fondant； or (c) a liquid cosmetic base. 2. A solid cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the outer layer completely surrounds the inner core. A solid cosmetic composition according to claim 1 or 2, in which the outer layer contains (a) solid vegetable oil in an amount of from 15 to 35 wt. % and (b) soft vegetable oil in an amount of from 65 to 75 wt. %four. A solid cosmetic composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the solid vegetable oil is selected from cocoa butter, illipa oil, murumuru oil, kokum oil and mixtures thereof. 5. A solid cosmetic composition according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the solid vegetable oil is cocoa butter.
