A solid cosmetic composition includes (i) an inner core having (a) soft vegetable butter, vegetable oil or a mixture thereof, present in an amount of at least 50 wt. % based on the inner core； (b) an emulsifier； and (c) a colouring； (ii) an outer layer comprising (a) hard vegetable butter in an amount of at least 50 wt. % based on the outer layer, and (b) a colouring.
