Le procédé de production dune plante contenant de la sapogénine est un procédé de production dune composition à teneur élevée en sapogénine, dans lequel une plante contenant de la saponine est soumise à un traitement dhydrolyse au moyen dune solution aqueuse dun acide fort suivant une concentration comprise entre 0,01 mol/L et 4 mol/L, le liquide obtenu après le traitement dhydrolyse étant neutralisé puis filtré, le résidu étant ensuite déshydraté.
