PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray imaging apparatus to achieve the X-ray imaging technique that dispenses with synchronization with an X ray generation timing.SOLUTION: The X-ray imaging apparatus includes an X-ray detector 110 to detect X-rays irradiated from an X-ray source, a detector control unit 120 which controls the drive of the X-ray detector, and a notifying unit 130 that notifies the drive state of the X-ray detector 110.
