PURPOSE: An x-ray detecting apparatus and an x-ray imaging apparatus including the same are provided to enhance the efficiency and the convenience of the operation and the diagnosis of a patient by providing the detailed, accurate and partially-magnified image of a main part along with the entire image of a target. CONSTITUTION: An x-ray detecting apparatus(100) comprises a photo conversion unit(220), a lens unit and a photo sensor(240). The photo conversion unit converts and emits the x-ray transmitted a target(P) into visible ray. The lens unit condenses the visible ray converted through the photo conversion unit and could control the magnification. The photo sensor detects the visible ray condensed through the lens unit. The lens unit comprises a plurality of lens which have different magnifications. In order that the visible ray converted through the photo conversion unit is input to the photo sensor through any one of the lenses, any one of the lenses are selectively arranged with the photo sensor.본 발명은 피검체의 확대이미지와 축소이미지의 선택적 획득이 가능한 엑스선 검출기 및 이를 포함하는 엑스선 촬영장치를 개시한다. 본 발명에 따른 엑스선 검출기는: 피검체를 투과한 엑스선을 가시광선으로 변환하여 방출하는 광변환유닛； 상기 광변환유닛을 통해 변환된 가시광선을 집광하며 배율조절이 가능한 렌즈유닛； 그리고 상기 렌즈유닛을 통해 집광된 가시광선을 검출하는 광센서를 포함하여 구성된다.본 발명에 따르면 이미지의 배율 조정이 가능하여 정밀한 영상의 구현 및 시술과 진단의 효율성을 향상할 수 있으며, 해상도 손실 및 왜곡이 없는 고품질의 영상을 실시간으로 제공할 수 있고 TFT 평판형 반도체 엑스선 검출기와 비교하여 상대적으로 비용부담이 적어 가격 경쟁력 및 상품성을 향상할 수 있다.
