The layer composed of ceramic aggregate and sand is provided with a first irrigation and drainage tube (62) having U-type inner cavity. The layer composed of medical stone, sand and perlite is provided with a second irrigation and drainage tube (61) having U-type inner cavity as a snorkel. The ends of the first and second irrigation and drainage tubes respectively connect with a vertical water inlet tube (2). The other ends of the first and second irrigation and drainage tubes are sealed. The bottom of the water inlet tube is sealed. Plant is planted in the layer composed of organic substrate.
