The present invention relates to a swinging seat for a wheelchair and, more specifically, to a swinging seat for a wheelchair capable of moving a patient with a wheelchair having the seats separately formed and capable of rotating and enabling the patient to straightly sit on a toilet bowl when rotating the seats to outer sides of the wheelchair. The swinging seat for the wheelchair includes: a lower layer unit formed into an H-shaped frame and having wheels on a lower end middle layer units extended upward from the lower layer unit and having a thigh support on one side seat coupling units formed into a cylindrical shape and formed at both ends of upper parts of the middle layer units seat units formed into a plate shape of which one lateral surface is bent, having a coupling protrusion protruding from an opposite side of the bent surface into a cylindrical shape, installed on upper parts of the seat coupling units and upper layer units extended upward from one spot of the middle layer unit close to the seat unit, and having a protector handle on an end. The seat units are installed to the seat coupling units to be able to rotate and separately rotate in directions to outer sides of the middle layer units.
