According to an aspect of the present invention, disclosed is a method for measuring a shape of teeth, the method comprising a press step, a piezoelectric readout step, and a scan readout step. In the press step, a measurement sheet is bitten between teeth of a user, wherein the measurement sheet is composed of a piezoelectric sheet and upper and lower resin sheets. The piezoelectric sheet converts the pressure applied by the teeth into an electric signal. The upper and lower resin sheets are laminated on upper and lower surfaces of the piezoelectric sheet, respectively, and the upper and lower resin sheets are compressed by the teeth to have a smaller thickness, thereby showing gradually increased transparency. In the piezoelectric readout step, the distribution and intensity of the pressure applied to the piezoelectric sheet are calculated through the electric signal measured in the press step, thereby reading the shape of the teeth.
