The present invention relates to an apparatus for measuring a shape of teeth, capable of precisely measuring a shape of teeth, wherein the apparatus comprises: a piezoelectric sheet for converting the pressure applied by teeth into an electric signal； a piezoelectric measurement unit for measuring the electric signal to calculate the distribution and intensity of the pressure applied to the piezoelectric sheet, thereby reading the shape of the teeth； upper and lower resin sheets laminated on upper and lower surfaces of the piezoelectric sheet, respectively, wherein the upper and lower resin sheets are compressed by the teeth to have a smaller thickness, thereby showing gradually increased transparency； and a readout module for scanning images of the upper and lower resin sheets with the changed transparency to read the shape of the teeth.본 발명의 일측면에 따르면, 치아에 의해 인가된 압력을 전기적 신호로 변환하는 압전시트, 상기 전기적 신호를 측정하여 상기 압전시트에 인가된 압력의 분포 및 세기를 계산하여 치아의 형상을 판독하는 압전 측정유닛, 상기 압전시트의 상면 및 하면에 각각 적층되고, 치아에 의해 압축되어 두께가 얇아짐에 따라 투명도가 점차 증가하는 상부 수지시트와 하부 수지시트 및 투명도가 변화된 상기 상부 수지시트와 상기 하부 수지시트의 이미지를 스캔하여 치아의 형상을 판독하는 판독모듈을 포함하는 치아형상 측정장치.
