PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic apparatus which can enhance a blood flow rising effect and beauty effects, and hardly causes trouble of a skin.SOLUTION: The cosmetic apparatus includes an operation plate 14 that has projections 14b on its surface, a motor 35 for operation that drives the rotation of the operation plate 14, and a power supply unit that supplies a current to the operation plate 14. The skin is stimulated in a deeper portion than a surface of the skin by bringing the projections 14b of the operation plate 14 rotated by the motor 35 for operation into contact with the skin of a user.
