PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for baking a baumkuchen using an existing oven and capable of baking the baumkuchen without a wide installation space except the oven.SOLUTION: There is provided a device for baking a baumkuchen capable of baking the baumkuchen without an installation space except an oven by placing the device so as to straddle an opening/closing door 52 of an oven 50 in the opening state and an inner bottom surface 51b of an oven body 51 and repeating steps: raising a dough dish 6 to the predetermined height in the state in which a noodle rod 3 is retreated to space above the dough dish 6 with the noodle rod 3 rotated applying dough in the dough dish 6 to the entire outer peripheral surface of the noodle rod 3 lowering the dough dish 6 advancing the noodle rod 3 inside the oven body 51 and baking the dough applied to the noodle rod 3 in the oven body 51.【課題】既設のオーブンを利用し、かつそのオーブン以外の設置スペースを大きくとることなくバウムクーヘンを焼成できるようにする。【解決手段】開放状態のオーブン50の開閉扉52とオーブン本体51の内底面51bとに跨るように載せられ、麺棒3を自転させながら、麺棒3を生地皿6の上方まで後退させた状態で、生地皿6を所定高さまで上昇させて、生地皿6に入れられた生地を麺棒3の外周面の全周に塗布した後、生地皿6を下降させたうえで、麺棒3をオーブン本体51内へ前進させ、オーブン本体51内で麺棒3に塗布された生地を焼き上げるという手順を繰り返すことにより、オーブン以外の設置スペースを必要とすることなくバウムクーヘンを焼成できるようにしたバウムクーヘン焼成用装置を提供した。【選択図】図6
