PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventional rice transplanter is at a risk of occurrence of right/left oscillation of a seedling planting part to be a safety defect due to the seedling planting part failing to follow operation control when the seedling planting part is operated to be lowered.SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter includes: a seedling planting part 120 including a seedling planting device 121 planting a seedling in a field and attached in a travel vehicle body 10 a seedling planting part rolling mechanism 260 rolling the seedling planting part 120 around a shaft 261 in a front/rear direction of the travel vehicle body 10 with respect to the travel vehicle body 10 a seedling planting part lifting/lowering mechanism 210 lifting/lowering the seedling planting part 120 vertically with respect to the travel vehicle body 10 and a seedling planting part operation instruction mechanism 130 instructing the seedling planting part lifting/lowering mechanism 210 on lifting/lowering operation of the seedling planting part 120.
