PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an inexpensive seeding transplanter which mechanically automatically raise a planting device when turning.SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter includes: a pitman arm 60 for controlling the direction of a wheel 10 of a traveling vehicle body 2 a planting device provided at the rear side of the traveling vehicle body 2 and lifted by a lifting hydraulic cylinder a planting lifting lever 33 for lifting the planting device, and for setting the planting a cam 74 for controlling the lifting hydraulic cylinder in accordance with the operation of the lifting lever 33 a positioning roller 77 link members 61, 62, 64, 71 connected with the pitman arm 60 and a turning switch operation tool 73 connected with the link members 61, 62, 64, 71.
