An apparatus for preparing a frozen confection is provided. The apparatus comprises a nozzle (10) having a plurality of passages (16) therethrough, the passages each comprising an inlet port (13) and an outlet port (15) a feeder means for supplying one or more streams of one or more frozen compositions to the inlet ports (13) of the passages a drive means (30) for rotating the nozzle (10) and a sealing means (20) for sealing one or more of the passages. Also provided are a process for preparing a frozen confection and products obtainable thereby.
