PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a patch substrate having a fit feeling and other effects such as a fixing feeling of the affected part, blood circulation promotion effect, effective spot pushing effect, etc., excellent anchoring effect of plaster and a patch provided with the same and to provide a method for producing the patch substrate.SOLUTION: The patch substrate 10B is obtained by partially heating a fiber sheet 11 having at least a surface containing fibers composed of a heat-fusible resin and heat-fusing the fibers to form heat-fused portions 14. The heat-fused portions 14 may be protrusively formed on one surface of the fiber sheet 11.
