Disclosed is a novel tumor immunity inducer. Specifically disclosed is a tumor immunity inducer comprising: an adjuvant for a tumor vaccine, which can enhance the efficacy of the tumor vaccine effectively； and the tumor vaccine. Also disclosed is a process for producing the tumor immunity inducer. Further disclosed is a method for treating a malignant tumor using the tumor immunity inducer. The tumor immunity inducer can be constructed by introducing an adenovirus into a tumor vaccine cell that can act as a tumor vaccine. The tumor immunity inducer has a tumor immunity-inducing effect and therefore can reduce a tumor weight and can also reduce a tumor area in a tissue.
