The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for atopic skin comprising 5-25 volume% of a Korean lespedeza extract, 1-10 v% of camelia water, 55-93 volume% of distilled purslane water, and 1-10 volume% of glycerol. The Korean lespedeza extract is prepared by a solvent selected from the group consisting of purified water, methanol, ethanol, glycerin, ethyl acetate, butylene glycol, propylene glycol, dichloromethane, and hexane, and the distilled purslane water is prepared by distilling a purslane extract extracted using water or low carbon number alcohol having 1-6 carbon atoms.
