PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prediction device that predicts a blood pressure change expected from meteorological forecast data as a relative rank eliminating regional differences.SOLUTION: The blood pressure prediction device 10 includes a data storage part 15 for storing various data, an input device 14 for inputting a region and date/time of prediction, an external interface 16 for accessing external meteorological forecast data, a blood pressure prediction part 12 for predicting a blood pressure change from the input from the input device 14 and the data stored in the data storage part 15, a display device 13 for outputting the prediction result, and a main bus 20 for connecting each component.
