The present invention relates to a skin improving device using a hydrogel pad containing micro current-based ultra-low molecule hyaluronic acid. The skin improving device comprises: a plurality of pad units provided for each attaching part of skin； a hydrogel pad containing hyaluronic acid having a hydrogel layer containing hyaluronic acid formed on one surface of each of multiple pad units and a base fabric having a connection terminal for receiving micro currents from the outside on the other surface of each of the pad units； a case having an accommodation space therein； a micro current generating unit embedded in the case and simultaneously generating a plurality of micro currents having a setting level required for each attaching part of the multiple pad units； a main body having a plurality of output units for outputting each of the generated multiple micro currents from different locations capable of being identified by naked eyes through the exterior of the case； and a plurality of cables electrically connecting between connection terminals installed in each of the multiple pad units from each of the output units provided in the main body.
