PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve fitting property of an absorbent article to a wearer.SOLUTION: Compression grooves in which, at least a front surface sheet and a part of an absorber are compressed in a thickness direction, comprise: a pair of first vertical compression grooves along a vertical direction in a front area a pair of second vertical compression grooves comprising a first lateral compression groove which is coupled to the pair of vertical compression grooves and along the lateral direction, and a second lateral compression groove which is disposed on a vertical center side, relative to the first lateral compression groove, and along the lateral direction on a lateral inside relative to the pair of first vertical compression grooves, and along the vertical direction on the center area and a pair of third vertical compression grooves along the vertical direction on a lateral inside relative to the pair of second vertical compression grooves. The second vertical compression grooves, and the third vertical compression grooves are separated from the first vertical compression grooves, and disposed on a vertical center side relative to the second lateral compression groove.
