The invention relates to an isolated strain of the Lactobacillus genus, characterised by its capacity to grow in the germination medium of a seed, and to limit the growth of bacteria such as Enterobactericaceae, more specifically E. coli, or such as Bacillus spp, in the event of contamination of said seed during the germination thereof compared to germination without Lactobacillus.La présente invention a pour objet une souche isolée du genre Lactobacillus charatérisée par sa capacité à se développer dans le milieu de germination d'une graine, et à limiter le développement de bactéries comme les Enterobactericaceae,et plus particulièrement E. coli,ou comme Bacillus spp,en cas de contamination de ladite graine lors de sa germination comparativement à une germination sans Lactobacillus.
