PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform endothelial imaging at a plurality of fixation positions.SOLUTION: A corneal endothelial cell imaging apparatus includes: an illumination optical system for illuminating the cornea of an eye of a subject with illumination light from an illumination light source from an oblique direction; an imaging optical system for receiving reflected light from the cornea including a corneal endothelial cell by an imaging device and acquiring the endothelial image of the cornea; a fixation optical system having a plurality of fixation targets and changing the fixation position of the subject eye; an observation optical system for acquiring the anterior ocular segment front image of the subject eye as a moving image; and a display control means for displaying the anterior ocular segment front image acquired by the observation optical system as the moving image on the screen of a monitor, displaying the plurality of endothelial images acquired at the respective fixation positions by the imaging optical system as still images on the same screen of the monitor, imparting fixation position information to each of the endothelial images displayed on the monitor, and displaying it, thereby forming the imaging picture of the endothelial image.
