<；P>；PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming an organ-anlage by which the organ-anlage can be formed by in-vitro culture without requiring in-vivo culture, and to provide the organ-anlage formed by the method for forming the organ-anlage. <；P>；SOLUTION: The method for forming the organ-anlage includes an embryoid-forming step for forming the embryoid by culturing an early ES cell in a culture liquid containing a component contained in a conditioned medium of a serum-free proliferated species of a cell strain of squamous cell carcinoma of the neck of the human uterus, and an embryo-like structure-forming step for forming an embryo-like structure by culturing the embryoid in a culture liquid containing the component contained in the conditioned medium of the serum-free proliferated species of the cell strain of the squamous cell carcinoma of the neck of the human uterus. <；P>；COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
