<;P>;PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a functional food and drink suppressing or reducing accumulation of excessive body fat, and having obesity ameliorating actions and obesity prophylactic effects. <;P>;SOLUTION: The functional food and drink includes a mixture of a culture product (a) obtained by culturing a culture medium containing at least whey protein and skimmilk with a Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG strain (ATCC53103) with a culture product (b) obtained by culturing the culture medium with a Lactobacillus casei TMC0409 strain (FERM P-17047); a culture product (c) obtained by culturing the culture medium with a Streptococcus thermophilus TMC1543 strain (FERM P-17046); and a calcium formulation.
