PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanting machine that automatically adjusts adequate planting depth of a seedling according to depth of field or hardness of soil and automatically adjusts and supplies adequate amount of fertilizer.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanting machine includes a traveling vehicle body 20 provided with a seedling tank 60a in a freely elevating/lowering manner, a seedling transplanting device 60b that transplants seedling, a fertilizing device 60c that supplies fertilizer, and a main transmission shaft 10 that transmits drive force to a traveling device 21 of the traveling vehicle body 20, and a suspension mechanism 130 formed of an upper case 110 that covers the main transmission shaft 10, a lower case 120 slidably and swingably provided to the upper case 110, and a spring 131 that absorbs upper/lower movements of the travelling device 21.
