The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical formulation of fexofenadine hydrochloride in a solvent system suitable as a liquid fill composition. In another aspect, the invention also relates to a process for the preparation of the said pharmaceutical formulation and the use of said composition for the preparation of a drug for the treatment of allergic reactions in a patient.La présente invention porte sur une composition pharmaceutique de lhydrochlorure de fexofénadine dans un système de solvant utilisable en tant que composition de remplissage liquide. Un autre aspect de linvention concerne également un procédé permettant de préparer la composition pharmaceutique susmentionnée et lutilisation de cette composition pour préparer un médicament destiné au traitement de réactions allergiques chez un patient.
