PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tiller that puts a resisting bar, a tail wheel, and a ridging plate in respective attitudes appropriate for a tilling operation, a ridging operation and transport.SOLUTION: A rotating shaft (8) that rotatably fits into a cylinder (7) mounted at the rear of a machine body is provided. A resisting bar (6) is provided at one end of a support shaft (12) behind the machine body, and a tail wheel (5) is supported at the other end. The rotating shaft (8) is connected to the mid portion of the support shaft (12) while in an attitude crossing the rotating shaft. The vertical positions of the resisting bar (6) and the tail wheel (5) can be inverted by rotation of the rotating shaft (8). The rotating shaft (8) is provided in a backwardly and downwardly inclined attitude.
