PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sterilization device capable of suppressing a pressure drop of a fluid to be sterilized occurring when the fluid to be sterilized is passed through the device.SOLUTION: The sterilization device according to one embodiment of the invention comprises: a sterilization lamp a cylindrical body part having a flow channel of a fluid to be sterilized in its inside and storing the sterilization lamp in its inside and an opening at its end and a lid member arranged at the opening. The lid member includes in its inside, a connection port through which the fluid to be sterilized flows in and out and a cavity that communicates with the connection port on the one side and with the flow channel on the other side. The inner wall of the cavity partitions an inside-lid flow channel through which the fluid to be sterilized flows in the lid member.
