The present invention relates to a method of in vivo imaging and in particular to a method for the evaluation of in vivo images of beta amyloid (Aβ) distribution in the brain of a subject suspected of having Alzheimers disease (AD). The method of the present invention provides more detailed information to the clinician as compared with prior art methods, facilitating identification of those subjects who will benefit most from disease modifying therapies.
