The invention relates to a clutch brake, in particular for agricultural machines, with a rotating element which is mounted in a rotationally fixed manner on an output shaft projecting from a fixed element to an engine frame, furthermore with a pressure plate which is arranged on the fixed element in such a manner that it can be displaced in the direction of the output shaft, furthermore with a pressure spring for pressing the pressure plate against the fixed element and for pressing the plate onto a control rod, with a clutch plate which is arranged between a disc, which can be rotated together with the output shaft, and the fixed element, and a clutch spring for pressing the clutch plate against the disc. In this clutch brake, the internal circumferential edge of the clutch plate enters into rotary connection with the pressure plate, the circumferential edge of the clutch plate comes into sliding engagement in the direction of the output shaft of the revolving element, and the clutch plate is separated from the fixed element when due to the actuation of the control rod the pressure plate is pressed against the pressure spring and is subsequently pressed against the disc. This arrangement can furthermore have a viewing window, a water draining opening, a dust cover or the like for the purposes described here. <IMAGE>
