A wireless radiation system that includes: a generator including a first wireless communication module； and a radiation detector including a digital screen and a second wireless communication module. The radiation detector is configured to display a captured radiation image on the digital screen and to transmit the captured radiation image, using the second wireless communication module, to a server. The first and second wireless communication modules are configured to wirelessly synchronize a radiation generation by the radiation generator and an exposure to the radiation by the radiation detector.
