PURPOSE: A digital medical image system and a digital medical image apparatus are provided to easily recognize a control signal regardless of a controller manufacturer by using an image of a controller display. CONSTITUTION: An X-ray detector(230) generates an X-ray image by receiving an X-ray radiated from a generator(210). One side of a controller(220) to control the operation of the generator is photographed by a camera(242). The camera transmits photographed image information to a monitoring device(240). The controller includes a display unit to display X-ray radiation information. The monitoring device provides a control signal of the controller to an X-ray detector.엑스레이 시스템을 위한 디지털 의료영상 시스템 및 장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 일측면에 따른 디지털 의료영상 시스템은, 엑스레이 시스템의 제너레이터로부터 방사되는 엑스레이를 받아 엑스레이 화상을 생성하는 엑스레이 검출기； 레디 신호 및 샷 신호를 출력하여 제너레이터의 작동을 제어하는 컨트롤러의 일측면을 촬영하는 카메라； 및 카메라로부터 전송되는 영상정보를 분석하여 컨트롤러가 제너레이터로 출력하는 제어신호를 인식하고, 제어신호에 대한 정보를 엑스레이 검출기로 제공하는 모니터링 장치를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 카메라를 이용한 컨트롤로의 외부 영상을 이용하여 제너레이터의 제어신호를 취득함으로써, 모니터링 장치와 엑스레이 검출기가 컨트롤러로부터의 제어신호를 직접 수신하기 위한 케이블을 연결할 필요가 없어, 설치의 편의성을 제공할 수 있다.
