PURPOSE: An orthodontic device for protruded mouth is provided to rapidly improve the protruded mouth moving protruded front teeth in a rear direction and thus reduces time for wearing the device.CONSTITUTION: An orthodontic device (10) for protruded mouth comprises a teeth attaching end that are formed in at least one pair each attached an inner side of teeth and a tension-applying end (1) that is extended from the pair of the teeth attaching end and connected to a fixing end inserted in gum on a side of a tongue in the mouth through an elastic band part which applies a tension in a direction of the inner side of the teeth. The teeth attaching end are formed in 8 in a symmetric manner having 4 on the left and 4 on the right.
