The invention provides a transfusion preparation having two chambers that are separated by a partition that can be opened, wherein: a first chamber transfusion solution containing a sugar and a fat emulsion is accommodated in a first chamber； a second chamber transfusion solution containing amino acids and electrolytes is accommodated in a second chamber； the first chamber transfusion solution contains substantially no potassium and has an osmotic pressure ratio of 2.0-3.0； for the second chamber transfusion solution, the potassium concentration is 40 mEq/L or less and the osmotic pressure ratio is 2.5-3.5； and the potassium concentration of the mixture of the first chamber transfusion solution with the second chamber transfusion solution when the partition is opened is 16 mEq/L or more.La présente invention a pour objet la production d'une préparation pour transfusion.
