PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oral dosage form including pharmacologically effective amounts of valsartan or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or hydrate thereof.SOLUTION: The oral solid pharmaceutical composition includes valsartan as an active agent or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or hydrate and a disintegrant, wherein a weight ratio of between the active agent and the disintegrant is 2.9:1 to 1:1, and a unit dose of the active agent is of 20 mg.
