A polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, a polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide in which one or several amino acids are substituted, deleted, and/or added in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 and which has activity to change the localization of cadmium accumulation, a polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide consisting of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2, or a polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide in which one or several amino acids are substituted, deleted, and/or added in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2 and which has activity to change the localization of cadmium accumulation is introduced into a plant such that the polynucleotide is able to be expressed.
