The present invention provides an apparatus for measuring water content of a face of a driver, capable of calculating the water content (or drying degree) according to a part of the face of the driver by irradiating the driver with infrared rays using a driver status monitoring (DSM) camera and comparing an image of the part of the face of the driver corresponding to each frequency band of the irradiated infrared rays.
