The present invention relates to a method for breeding Tenebrio molitor larvae. The method of the present invention is intended to breed hatched Tenebrio molitor larvae in a group under the following conditions: (a) 25-27.5°；C for a breeding temperature； (b) a long day condition with the ratio of 14L:10D； and (c) the density of 5-8 cm^2 per one larva. According to the present invention, the method of the present invention ensures the favorable growth of the larvae and the reduction in a growth period. By applying the method to the mass-production of the larvae for manufacturing animal feed or effective food, it is possible to reduce production costs while being very useful for the smooth supply of materials in accordance with increased demands.본 발명은 부화한 갈색거저리 유충에 대하여 (a) 사육온도 25℃ 내지 27.5℃； (b) 장일조건 14L:10D； 및 (c) 최소 1 개체당 5 ~ 8 ㎠의 밀도로 유충을 집단사육하는 것을 특징으로 하는 갈색거저리 유충의 사육방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 갈색거저리 유충 사육방법은 성장을 양호하게 하고, 사육 기간의 단축 효과가 있기 때문에, 동물 사료 또는 유용 식품제조를 위한 유충 대량생산에 활용함으로써, 제조 단가를 낮추고 수요 증가에 따른 원활한 소재 공급에 매우 유용하다.
