In the present invention, disclosed are three-axis needle oscillating device and method, and more specifically, to three-axis needle oscillating device and method for controlling manipulation in an electronic manner after self-injection by regularly inducing oscillation of a needle in a three-axis direction to be automatized by using a motor. The three-axis needle oscillating device according to the present invention includes: a needle for treatment； a main body part into which the needle for treatment is inserted, and fixing the needle for treatment； and an oscillation part generating oscillation on the needle for treatment as disposed inside the main body part. The oscillation part induces oscillation in at least one direction among translational motion, rotational movement and horizontal movement of the needle for the treatment with respect to the axial direction of the needle.일 실시예에 따른 3축 침 발진 장치 및 방법이 개시되고, 더 구체적으로는, 모터를 사용해 주기적으로 3축 방향으로 침 진동을 유도하여 자침 후 수기법을 전자식으로 제어함으로써 자동화시키는 3축 침 발진 장치 및 방법이 개시된다. 일 실시예에 따른 3축 침 발진 장치는 시술침상기 시술침이 삽입되어 상기 시술침을 고정시키는 본체부 및 상기 본체부 내에 배치되고 상기 시술침에 진동을 발생시키는 진동부를 포함하고, 상기 진동부는 상기 시술침의 축방향을 기준으로 상기 시술침의 병진이동, 회전이동 또는 좌우이동 중 적어도 어느 하나의 방향으로 진동을 유발시킬 수 있다.
